Thunderous Rage

Thunderous rage reverberates within.
Lightening can bee seen, just look in my eyes.
See the flash?  It illuminates my soul.
Faster and faster blow the winds of hate.
The shell of duty can barely contain,
The storm of agony that it holds.
Taught by words as ruthless as whips,
Chained in a role, that does not fit.
Energy clashing, has taken its toll.
As the lightening zaps, scorching my heart
The thunder roars, releasing the fury.
Wait, for the day the shell cracks, and breaks.
Freeing my spirit from chains of obligation.
